- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 apple, cored and cubed
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- 8 oz apple juice
- 1 scoop Unflavored UltraNourish
- Process the blueberries in the blender to breakdown the skin.
- All all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve.
