  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 apple, cored and cubed
  • 1/2 avocado, cubed
  • 8 oz apple juice
  • 1 scoop Unflavored UltraNourish


  1. Process the blueberries in the blender to breakdown the skin.
  2. All all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve.
