- 1 5 ounce container of lemon Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 scoop Unflavored UltraNourish

- Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
What Does It Taste Like?
Our taste testers said “lemon meringue” and therefore that became the name of this shake. If you really like lemon and want to up the lemon flavor try adding some lemon zest (about a 1/2 teaspoon) to the mix.
