Peach, Blueberry, Nut Smoothie

Drink or dessert? Try this recipe submitted by Kathleen Dunham and add more juice for a drinkable smoothie or more ice for a breakfast or dessert you can eat with a spoon.

  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup almond or cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 2 tbsps peanut butter
  • 1 cup ice (additional if needed)
  • 1 scoop Unflavored UltraNourish


Blend all ingredients and serve over ice for a thick delight in the morning.
