Rachael Braun studied at the State University of New Paltz in New York and holds an Associate degree in Business Administration and Bachelor degrees in Art History and Visual Arts. Working for a vegan food site led her to be interested in healthy lifestyles and how to maintain them. She writes articles on overall health, nutrition, diet and exercise, as well as book and product reviews. Ms. Braun also works as a social media specialist, research assistant and artist's assistant. Besides health related work she researches and writes for a site on women writers throughout history. Having celiac disease and epilepsy, she is focused on staying healthy and wants nothing more than to share her knowledge in the health field in order to help others.
